CNU established a state-of-art animal research facility in Aug, 2022. It is NIH OLAW accredited. CNU OLAW Assurance Number is D22-01132. This can be confirmed at the OLAW website of Domestic Institutions with a Public Health Service (PHS) Approved Animal Welfare Assurance. On the grounds of CNU animal facility, approximately 1700 square feet of housing and procedure room are available. A sophisticated IVIS imaging system with fluorescent, bioluminescent, and X-ray detection is available for rodent imaging studies. Highly qualified laboratory animal technicians and faculty capable of performing various procedures are available to supervise students' animal research.
