Women in Medicine Workshop event featured an engaging conversation between student moderators and a panel of experienced healthcare professionals, who shared their insights and personal journeys in the medical field. Some of the topics discussed ranged from navigating gender dynamics in healthcare, balancing career and personal life, to overcoming systemic challenges faced by women in the profession Following the discussion, attendees participated in a breakout session, allowing for more intimate and meaningful interactions between the panelists and audience members. This format encouraged open dialogue, provided valuable perspectives on the experiences of women in healthcare, and fostered a sense of community among all who attended. It was well-received and an overall success.
