About

Prior to her position at California Northstate University, Dr. Frank practiced Neurology at Kaiser Permanente in Roseville for 18 years. She held various other roles at Kaiser including being a Communication Consultant and creating Physician Wellness programs both locally and regionally.

Dr. Frank completed her undergraduate work at University of California, Berkeley and her Medical Doctorate at University of California, San Diego. She obtained her post-doctoral training with her Internship at Mercy Hospital, her residency in Neurology at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and a Neurophysiology Fellowship at University of California, Davis. Dr. Frank is Board Certified in Neurology with Subspecialty certification in Neurophysiology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She is also Board Certified in Integrative Medicine by the American Board of Physician Specialties.

Dr. Frank is an Associate Professor in Neurology and the Neurology Clerkship Director at CNUSOM. She is also Director of the Masters Colloquium Program (MS1) and an Academic and Career Student Advisor for the Office of Student Affairs.

Research Interests

Dr. Frank’s research interests center on Medical Education, Physician Wellness and Communication and Functional Neurologic Disorder.
