Prior to coming to CNU College of Medicine, Dr. Wang completed his Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA) Institutional Postdoctoral Research Training Grants (T32) in Radiation Oncology in Department of Radiology, Later he worked as a Senior research investigator in Department of Pharmacology and Department of Pathology and laboratory medicine at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Innate immunity of complement system in sepsis, cancer, and diabetes; Signal transduction of protein kinase C (PKC) signaling in cancer initiation, development, and metastasis; Small G protein Rac1 in cancer transformation and metastasis. He has more than 40 publications, h index=20.
