About
Dr. Bloom received his BS in Zoology from UC Davis, and then attended Medical School at UCSF. After completing his residency in Pediatrics at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, he then practiced Pediatrics at Kaiser Permanente South Sacramento and was Assistant Physician-in-Chief for Physician Human Resources and Physician Wellness.
