Dr. Frezza is a highly experienced surgeon with over 30-year practice. He was raised in Europe and trained in the US having experiences in elevating organizational performance and aligning physicians, residents, and medical students to the rapidly changing surgical and healthcare landscape. His abilities include oversight of clinical teams and leading organizational change efforts. He is an effective communicator and team player with a proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and achieving results with care and compassion for underserved populations. His strong clinical research background includes over 200 peer reviewed publications, 15 healthcare books, and more than 20 book chapters written.
