The Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA) of California Northstate University College of Medicine is committed to creating a strong and supportive working environment for the faculty. The aim of the program is to mentor, guide and educate the faculty towards their objective of reaching their full professional potential while working to achieve the highest standards of excellence in academic medicine and the fulfillment of their primary duty of educating, training and developing professionals who will provide competent, patient-centered health care.
