CNU Sacramento Street Medicine SIG

Description

This is a group centered on serving unhoused individuals where they are at through various sectors including but not limited to medicine, basic needs, and the arts. It is an opportunity for students to think critically about the housing crisis in our country and how we as future providers can work to address this gap.

Mission

The mission statement of this SIG is to provide education to interested students about how to provide culturally competent, compassionate, and collaborative care within the growing unhoused community.
