About

Prior to his current position at CNU College of Medicine, Dr. Sheffield was an Endocrinologist at Kaiser Permanente in Sacramento. He also was on the Volunteer Clinical Faculty at UC Davis School of Medicine. He actively participated in Housestaff Education and Grand Rounds. At Kaiser Permanente, Dr. Sheffield led numerous projects dealing with Patient Access; Emergency Room Access; Hospital Medicine Quality and Length of Stay; and Resource Management.
