Hi Everyone! The Mental Health Subcommittee is excited to announce the Spring Wellness Day Event! We will be catering from OZ Korean BBQ, Panda Express and have lots of dessert options. Come by to watch a movie with us, decorate some cookies or play some board games in Room 1B on Tuesday, May 21 from 5:30-7:30PM!

Hello all! We're excited to announce that we are currently collecting messages from students to our SPs for an SP Appreciation event! We've left a posterboard in the back of Classroom 1A for students to leave words of thanks and appreciation in honor of our hardworking SPs. The posterboard will be there for the next week and a half, so please sign or draw a message to show our SPs some well-deserved love!

Prepare your green thumbs, as the Wellness Gardening Subcommittee is delighted to announce a gardening event scheduled for next Friday, April 26th, from 4 pm-6 pm! Come join us in removing the weeds and decorating the outdoor campus with herbs and flowers! The event will take place just outside the café, within the soil beds adjacent to the tables. We will be focusing on planting a selection of herbs, including basil, cilantro, and oregano, alongside some delightful flowers and vegetables. Please react to this post if you’re planning to come!

Wellness Presents: Taking Tests Unstressed

Join us in Room 1A this Wednesday, April 17th from 12-1 PM for our April Wellness Committee Meeting!

With Step exams, renal exams, and OSCE exams on the horizon, we feel that it's necessary to emphasize the importance of Taking Tests Unstressed. As such, we will be having a special guest speaker from the College of Psychology to help us better manage our test-taking anxiety. As always, we'll have food and drinks, so we hope to see you all there!
