At CNU, we believe that every student deserves an outlet for the stress tag that comes with school. While students can and often find their own way of self care, we still want to offer everyone opportunities to look after their own well-being which is often forgotten about in the midst of studying.

The Wellness Committee strives to provide fun on-campus events to support students’ physical, emotional, and mental wellness throughout their time at California Northstate University College of Medicine. We also hold monthly meetings (usually in the middle of the month) to discuss future plans and past affairs.

Everyone is welcome to join the Wellness Committee at California Northstate University. Please join us for monthly Wellness Committee Meetings (check CANVAS Calendar for details) to learn more about maintaining wellness as well as upcoming Wellness Committee Events.
