Prior to joining CNSU, Dr. Bradbury was Professor of Biochemistry and Genetics and a member of the founding faculty at the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine. Prior to that he served on the faculty of the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, as Assistant and Associate Professor of Biochemistry and Medical Genetics. He was Assistant Director of the Problem-Based Learning Pathway and Director of Biochemistry at LECOM. He has been active in various professional organizations including Sigma Xi and the National Faculty of the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Educators, and served for many years as Associate Editor for Reproductive biology for the Journal of Experimental Zoology. He is currently the Discipline Leader for Genetics for MedU Science, a collaboration between MedU and the international Association for Medical Science Educators.

Uptake of fatty acids into cells, regulation of fatty acid transporters in hepatic steatosis and obesity, identifying predictors of medical student success on board exams
